Job summary

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
• Handle Tally Prime Gold / ERP 9 incl payroll, data import, journal entries, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting.
• Manage statutory compliances (TDS, PF, ESI) including timely computation, filing, and payments.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
• Support planning for business expansion and assess sources of finance.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for banking matters.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Undertake costing and financial analysis for new initiatives and revenue streams.
• Ensure accuracy and timely closure of accounting records.
• Keep abreast of accounting standards, financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports to support management decisions.

• Manage TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances, including timely computation, filing, and payments.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
• Support planning for business expansion and assessment of appropriate sources of finance.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for banking and finance-related matters.
• Prepare timely and accurate quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Undertake costing and financial analysis for new initiatives, academic programmes, courses, and other revenue streams.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely closure of accounting records.
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Executive: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP 9 and Advanced MS Excel.
