Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally / Tally Prime & Zoho Books.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI & statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and ownership.
• Candidates with experience in handling accounts/finance operations for a group of companies will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, invoicing, collections and vendor payments.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, cash flow statements and reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients and internal departments.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Identify process gaps and improve finance & accounting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, timely closure and proper financial documentation.
