Job summary

Talentfleet Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified CA professional for a full-time role in Bengaluru. The position involves business valuations, income tax for corporate and non-corporate clients, audit support, and exposure to US GAAP and offshore client services.

Ideal candidates have CA Intermediate or CA Final status (pursuing or completed) and a minimum of two years’ post-articleship experience in taxation, audit, accounting, valuation, or financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in taxation, audit, accounting, valuation, or financial reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Valuations: Assisting in business and equity valuations; financial analysis and valuation models; preparing reports and presentations for clients.
• Income Tax – Corporate & Non-Corporate: Handling income-tax assignments; preparation and review of tax computations and returns; tax research and advisory support; MIS reports and dashboards; budgeting and forecasting; variance analysis and cash-flow analysis.
• Audit Support Services: Providing audit support to domestic and international clients; preparing and reviewing financial statements; coordinating with clients and audit teams for timely completion.
• US GAAP & Offshore Client Services: Willingness to learn US GAAP accounting and financial reporting; work with offshore/international clients; communicate with international clients; exposure to international practices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Valuations

• Assisting in business and equity valuations.
• Financial analysis and preparation of valuation models.
• Working with valuation methodologies and relevant financial information.
• Preparing reports and presentations for clients.

Income Tax – Corporate & Non-Corporate

• Handling income-tax assignments for companies, firms, LLPs, and individuals.
• Preparation and review of tax computations and returns.
• Tax research and assisting with tax advisory assignments.
• Supporting clients on tax-related matters and assessments.
• Preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Variance analysis and performance review.
• Cash-flow analysis and financial planning.
• Assisting clients in understanding financial and operational performance.

Audit Support Services

• Providing audit support to domestic and international clients.
• Preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assisting with audit documentation and accounting-related queries.
• Coordinating with clients and audit teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.

US GAAP & Offshore Client Services

• Willingness to learn and work on US GAAP accounting and financial reporting.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

CA Intermediate or CA Final – pursuing or completed. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after completion of articleship.
