Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments) and maintain records
• Support payroll administration and final settlements
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements and KPIs
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants for compliance and audits
• Provide basic financial inputs to support decision-making and cost visibility

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
• Support in payroll administration and full and final settlements
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, Cash flow statements and relevant KPIs for the business
• Trend analysis of the KPIs
• Support preparation of basic financial statements

3. Budgeting & Planning

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor actuals vs budget and variation analysis
• Prepare rolling forecast based on the actuals

4. Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Maintain records for audit readiness
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required

5. Business Support

• Work with internal teams to track expenses and improve cost visibility
• Provide basic financial inputs to support decision-making
• Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Finance & Accounting Basics
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance
• Experience with Tally and Zoho
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
