Job summary

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is hiring a Senior Finance Executive for its Kandla manufacturing network. The role partners with the supply chain finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial governance.

You will drive cost control, assist in savings programs, and evaluate capital and cost initiatives. The job requires a penchant for data, dashboards, and digital tools, with frequent travel to factory sites to support reviews and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA with 0-3 years' experience.
• Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and comfort with data and reporting.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to simplify and improve routine finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives.

• Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
• Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Frequent travel across factories to support reviews, governance discussions, and project evaluations
