Job summary

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) in Assam (Doom Dooma) is seeking a Sr. Finance Executive to support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories within the Home Care manufacturing network.

You will work with supply chain finance, assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and project appraisals, while ensuring compliance and timely financial submissions. Willingness to travel across factories is required.

Qualifications

• CA with 0-3 years experience.
• Exposure to plant/manufacturing or supply chain finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Drive savings agenda through tracking, governance and benefits validation.
• Support project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network.

• Coordinate with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
• Support audits, reviews and compliance requirements.
