RegisterKaro in Haryana, Gurugram is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. You will handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax while ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely filings.

The role requires hands-on experience with GST, Tally Prime, and Zoho Books, plus preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditors. CA Inter or equivalent and 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

• Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Hands‑on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance‑based organization will be preferred.
