Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in General Accounting to manage GL month-end close, client billing and variance analysis for a portfolio of properties.

You will coordinate audits, process vendor payments, prepare journals, and support site teams with JDE finance, cash management and year-end work, while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or post graduate degree.
• 3–5 years of GL/Client Billing and finance experience.
• Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for a property portfolio including GL month-end close and audits.
• Process vendor payments and ensure payment authorization per policy.
• Prepare journal postings and monthly property statements by deadlines.
• Support site staff with JDE finance via email/phone.
• Manage client cash, bank reconciliations, and year-end audit coordination.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for assigned properties.

Archive all related documentation for audit purposes· Process vendor payment as per account schedule and strictly adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s payment authorization process.* Work with the account team to complete manual journal postings before monthly closing* Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements for property portfolio by deadlines established within Client Accounting Services and by external Client. Prepare additional schedules, which are required to support account balances or are specifically required by owners.· Provide JDE finance support to site staff & account team via emails or phone calls.* Submit financial statements and work papers in reviewable form (including documentation) and within the proper time frame for review* Responsible for cash management of assigned properties, which includes the review of client’s bank statements, having deposits applied against tenants.* Insure that all bank statements are reconciled on a timely basis and follow-up on all outstanding checks and reconciling items monthly* Responsible for arranging monthly funding from clients to accommodate payments and/or distribution to client* Assume responsibility for the coordination and organization of year-end audit work and preparation of supporting schedules.* Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage agreements and management agreements for assigned properties.# **Sounds like you?
