Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments for multiple properties.
• Verify and reconcile invoices; ensure SLA adherence.
• Input issues with accounting and property teams as they arise.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality of banking/vendor data.
• Respond to inquiries via internal systems (Zendesk/Outlook).
• Monitor payments and deadlines to ensure timely processing.
