Job summary

iLink Digital is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Chennai to manage complete GL accounting, AP/AR operations, and financial reporting. The role includes monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, capex and intercompany transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have an MBA/M.Com in accounts with 4+ years' experience and strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Chennai-based, full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• M.Com or MBA in Accounts & Finance required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Accounting ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own complete GL accounting and financial records.
• Handle AP, AR, aging reports, bank accounting, BRS, fixed assets, accruals and intercompany transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis.
• Support statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
• Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Sales Report; Cash flow reporting.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis.
• Support statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely group reporting submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
• Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Sales Report.
• Cash flow and working capital reports.
