TESTQ Technologies LTD. in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 12–15 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end implementations.

The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, plus strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions within a hybrid work setup. You will drive blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live support, with exposure to GL, AP, AR, FA and product costing.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations required.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, PCA, product costing, margins, and treasury.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate to SAP solutions.
• Configure FICO sub-modules and ensure month-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration with other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specs, documentation, and assist testing cycles.

Job Type: Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days from office)

Time Shift: Mostly IST (with a couple of hours overlap in PST)

Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands‑on experience across multiple end‑to‑end implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and be well‑versed with all phases of S/4HANA greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases — blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure and optimize FICO sub‑modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury .
• Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month‑end/year‑end closing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and support testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12-15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of all implementation phases — requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury .
• Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
