Job summary

Wissen Infotech is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to manage complex projects in the Finance and Controlling domains in Bengaluru. The role emphasizes G/L, AR, AP, Treasury and Asset Accounting with SAP integration to MM/SD.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of SAP experience, strong English communication, and hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO processes, configuration, testing, and transport management. S/4HANA exposure is desirable, and agile methodologies are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Around 7+ years SAP FI/CO consultant experience on complex projects.
• Hands-on experience across FI and CO modules including GL, AR, AP, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes, configurations, testing and transports.

Responsibilities

• Handle FI/CO tickets and deliver SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Support SAP rollout and localization projects from design through GoLive and support.
• Provide SAP and functional knowledge for Finance and Controlling processes (training).

Job description

Technical Competencies:

Around 7+ years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template

design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP FI and CO with hands-on experience on the following

areas

• Finance (FI) : General Ledger (G/L), account Receivables (AR) Account Payables (AP), Treasury, Asset Accounting, Period Closing
• Controlling (CO) : Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal order (IO), Controlling & Profitablity Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Hands-on experience on PS Integration is desirable.
• Exposure to integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PS is necessary.
• Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, ) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, ), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, ) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, )
• Certification and hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
• Exposure to Agile methodology is desirable.
• EDI knowledge is desirable.
• Hands on experience of Service Now ticketing tool is desirable.

Functional competencies:

• High level of expertise on SAP FICO Module.
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance submodules and Controlling including product costing configuration and best practices is a must.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must)
