You will oversee engineering services, workplace operations, housekeeping, security, transport, vendor management and compliance to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Corporate Real Estate.
• Proven experience managing large corporate campuses, commercial properties, or integrated facilities portfolios.
• Strong understanding of soft services, engineering operations, vendor management, and workplace services.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple service partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, EHS requirements, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across a large corporate workplace environment, ensuring seamless execution of engineering services, workplace operations, housekeeping, security, transport, vendor management, and statutory compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, driving service excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams and service partners, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and high performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term workplace enhancement initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee and client experience.
