Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical MEP systems and support office fit-outs and technical upgrades. The role requires 5–8 years in facility management or technical services and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure safety and statutory compliance, and drive energy efficiency and incident investigations to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems incl. Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance per schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC and statutory compliance.
• Ensure safety standards, EHS requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain logs, reports, and audit documentation.
• Support office fit-outs, projects, and technical upgrades as needed.
• Lead safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
• Monitor facility performance, utility consumption, and implement energy‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC execution and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, logbooks, maintenance schedules, and audit documentation.
• Support office fit‑outs, projects, and technical upgrades as required.
• Attend emergencies and ensure timely closure of technical issues.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless facility operations and service delivery.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Experience in vendor management and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of building, statutory compliance and safety regulations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
