Job summary

Judge India Solutions, a subsidiary of The Judge Group, is seeking a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition in Noida. The role targets 4–7 years in recruitment, with emphasis on technical/engineering hiring and proactive talent networking.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and events; build pipelines; and manage stakeholders to meet hiring targets while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source technical/engineering candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience in tech/IT staffing and US staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to build robust talent pipelines beyond resumes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition with 4-7 years of experience in recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who is not just a job board recruiter but a strong networker, relationship builder, and talent market influencer who can proactively drive hiring outcomes.

Candidates with strong experience in Technical/Engineering recruitment will be preferred. Professionals with proven success in US Staffing (Internal Hiring) or US Staffing(Technical/Engineering Staffing) may also be considered.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and engineering hiring requirements.
• Source talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and personal talent communities.
• Drive and expand referral hiring through your professional network.
• Screen and assess engineering/technical recruiters and technical hiring profiles on core competency parameters.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment insights.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Consistently deliver against hiring targets and business expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Naukri, and other talent channels.
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Confidence in managing senior internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience in technical, engineering, IT, or staffing recruitment environments.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and build robust talent pipelines.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
