Job summary

DIAGEO India is seeking a Senior Executive – Unit Supply Chain with 3–5 years of experience in procurement and materials management. The role focuses on sourcing engg spares, tracking indents, maintaining stocks, vendor negotiations, and processing POs/LOIs to support capex and opex needs.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors on quotations, ensure timely GRN bookings, verify invoices, and assist audits. Strong SAP MM/SD and MS Office skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/SD modules and SAP ERP system.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing engg spares, services and consumables (capex and opex).
• Indent tracking and arranging materials as per timelines.
• Sourcing and maintaining minimum engineering stocks, chemicals, enzymes and consumables for smooth operations.
• Collecting quotations, negotiating with vendors and making comparative statements and forwarding for approvals.
• Purchase order/ LOI creation for capex, opex materials and services.
• Follow up for open PO items.
• Check on Engineering stores compliance SOP adherence material in awarding, GRN bookings within 48 hours, consumption bookings daily basis.
• Invoice verification, booking, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely payment processing.
• Supporting statutory and PV audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Responses to Procure-to-Pay (PTP) queries through the Newgen platform.
• Coordinating with vendors for obtaining No Due Certificates (NDCs) and other procurement-related documentation.
• Preparing and maintaining monthly data for LPG, Diesel and petrol consumption for Enablon.
• Ensuring timely processing of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for raw materials booking capex and service-related invoices
• 5S implementation in stores area and ensure overall housekeeping is maintained in stores
• Handles query generated in Newgen related to invoices
• Ensuring productivity savings through best negotiation
• Preparation of AMC and Agreements timely renewals
