Job summary

Kolte Patil is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily sales and RM performance reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint, while maintaining Life Republic Booking MIS and inventory data in real time. The role requires strong communication and coordination across CRM and Finance to ensure timely entries and processing.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and capable of preparing weekly to yearly sales review presentations for senior leadership, with a proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Prepare Review PPTs: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Sales Reports for Site Head and Cluster Head.
• Update Life Republic Booking MIS regularly.
• Generate Inventory reports and maintain real-time inventory sheet (Unhold, Hold, Sold) and ensure data hygiene in SFDC/SAP.
• Support maintaining Quoted/Closing Price Sheet and booking documents for the sales team.
• Ensure punctual office arrival, dress code, grooming, and professional decorum.
• Coordinate across departments (CRM, Finance) to ensure timely system entries of bookings, cancellations, refunds, and vouchers.

Role & responsibilities

• Should be pro in MS Excel/PPT & SFDC for updating daily sales and RM performance reports.
• Preparing Review PPT: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Sales Reports PPT to Site Head and Cluster Head.
• Updating Life Republic Booking MIS on a regular basis.
• Inventory Reports and updating inventory sheet in real time (Unhold, Hold, Sold) & checking system hygiene in SFDC/SAP.
• Providing assistance in maintaining Quoted/Closing Price Sheet and booking documents required by the sales team on a regular basis.
• To be punctual in reaching office, maintain dress code, grooming, office decorum & ethical standards.
• Good in inter-departmental coordination (i.e. CRM, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely system entry of month bookings, cancellation refund & Referral Voucher release.
