Job summary

LEGO stores welcome customers and inspire shopping experiences for fans of all ages. You will understand individual needs, present the LEGO product range, and highlight benefits of purchasing LEGO. Collaborate with other sales associates to ensure the best service and act according to store procedures and supervisor guidelines.

Maintain organized back-office and ensure product availability on the floor. Address complaints, escalate when needed, and follow health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Be a brand ambassador and represent LEGO values.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
