Inizio Ignite Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Project Executive to cost, set up, and manage fieldwork and data collection for healthcare research partnerships. You will coordinate data processing, supplier negotiations, and timely delivery of milestones, working with internal researchers and external clients.

This full‑time hybrid role offers a multinational environment that values collaboration, accuracy, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in market research project management (quantitative).
• Experience managing healthcare market research projects.
• Knowledge of fieldwork agency landscape.
• Strong project management, timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate costs from external suppliers and panel providers.
• Update suppliers on quotes.
• Oversee fieldwork management.
• Handover project deliverables to research team.
• Coordinate Data Processing work and deliverables (Quant-only).
• Own and update project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project team meetings.
• Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting.
• Coordinate client and supplier SOWs.
• Invoice management (PO numbers, invoicing) with Finance.
• Support department pillars on initiatives.

About the role:

The role ofthe Senior Project Executiveis to cost and oversee the set up and management offieldwork anddata collectionto ensure successful completion within best practices. You will also be expected to contribute to company operations processes; providing proactive ideas and plans aboutimproving the efficiency of the project management function and projects.Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for sourcing,obtainingand negotiatingcommerciallyadvantageouscosts from external suppliers and panel providers for Research Partnership project proposals

• Updating suppliers on the status of their quotes

• Overseeingthe smooth running offieldwork management

• Successful handover of project deliverables to research team:

• Coordination ofData Processing (DP) work and deliverables, based onspecsand templates provided by the project team(Quant-only)

• Own, coordinate and update project timelines with internal research and external client and supplier stakeholders

• Take ownership for coordinatingproject team meetings,

• Responsibility for Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting

• Coordination of client and supplier Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Client and supplier invoice management (PO numbers,invoicingand liaison with Finance team)
• You will support team initiatives as a member of one of the department’s Pillars (Clients, Suppliers, People, Innovation, Operational Excellence)

About You…

Your skills and experience:

• More than2years of experience in market research project management (quantitative research)

• Experience managing healthcare market research projects

• Knowledge of the fieldwork agency landscape

• Strong project management skills(adhering to agreed timelines, troubleshooting and communication with internal and external stakeholders)

• Ability to multitask

• Collaboration and working as part of a team

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent numerical skills
