Job summary

InizioIgnite's Gurugram-based Research Partnership team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to cost and oversee fieldwork setup and data collection, ensuring delivery within best-practice standards.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manage timelines, hand over deliverables to the research team, and contribute to the efficiency of operations, with potential line management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in market research project management (quantitative research).
• Experience managing healthcare market research projects.
• Knowledge of the fieldwork agency landscape.
• Strong project management skills (adhering to timelines, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication).
• Ability to multitask.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, obtaining and negotiating costs from external suppliers and panel providers for Research Partnership project proposals.
• Updating suppliers on the status of their quotes.
• Overseeing the smooth running of fieldwork management.
• Successful handover of project deliverables to the research team.
• Coordinating Data Processing (DP) work and deliverables (Quant-only).
• Own, coordinate and update project timelines with internal research and external client and supplier stakeholders.
• Take ownership for coordinating project team meetings.
• Opportunity to develop line management responsibilities for junior team members.
• Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting.
• Coordination of client and supplier Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Client and supplier invoice management (PO numbers, invoicing and liaison with Finance).
• You will own specific sub-topics as a member of one of the department’s Pillars.

Role Overview

The role of the Project Manager is to cost and oversee the set up and management of fieldwork and data collection to ensure successful completion within best practices. You will also be expected to contribute to company operations processes; providing proactive ideas and plans about improving the efficiency of the project management function and projects. What you'll be doing

• Coordination of Data Processing (DP) work and deliverables, based on specs and templates provided by the project team (Quant-only)
• Own, coordinate and update project timelines with internal research and external client and supplier stakeholders
• Take ownership for coordinating project team meetings,
• Opportunity to develop line management responsibilities for junior members of the team
• Responsibility for Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting
• Coordination of client and supplier Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Client and supplier invoice management (PO numbers, invoicing and liaison with Finance team)
