Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Program Management to drive end-to-end project delivery across the drug development life cycle. You will work with the Business Development and site teams to plan, execute and govern projects in line with PMP guidelines and Piramal processes.

Key responsibilities include presales evaluation, cost computation, proposal preparation, data analysis of RFP inflows, win-rate analysis, and maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Proposal Management, Business Development support, or a related function

Responsibilities

• Presales – Proposal evaluation with CFT, computation of costing, and preparation/submission of proposals to customers.
• Data Analysis on RFP inflow, win rate, and loss reason analysis.
• To build a strong network of data analysis that would help achieve business targets.
• End-to-end project management in line with PMP guidelines and Piramal’s processes.
• Develop a detailed project plan and ensure project delivery within timelines as per the project scope and customer/business expectations.
• To facilitate the resolution of any issues by interacting with cross‑functional teams.
• To monitor/track the progress of the project.
• Manage changes to the project scope, cost, and schedule using appropriate change management systems.
• Develop a cost-effective proposal to win new orders.
• To understand the capabilities of the organization and present them in the best possible way.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all internal stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessment on the project and develop mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain a project repository.
• Support the implementation of systems and processes to automate program management practices to improve efficiency.
• To prepare weekly reports for senior management and update the client through weekly/monthly reviews to ensure the client's as well as the company's needs are met.

Job Description

Follow the PM process and manage customers during execution and post-sales by working together with the Business Development team.

Handle and support the PM team in projects and proposal submissions as per the scope and deliverables.

Work with the site functional team to meet business targets and support the implementation of PM processes, dashboards, data analysis, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Proposal Management, Business Development support, or a related function
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
