Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited, a global CDMO, seeks a Senior Executive - Program Management to oversee end-to-end project delivery and customer engagement across the PM lifecycle. You will support presales, prepare project plans, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and client expectations, while upholding Piramal’s PM processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Proposal Management, or related role.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage; proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management in line with PMP guidelines and Piramal’s processes.
• Presales – Proposal evaluation with CFT, costing, and submission of proposals to customers.
• Data analysis on RFP inflow, win rate, and loss reasons.
• Build a strong network of data analysis to help achieve business targets.
• Prepare detailed project plans and ensure delivery within timelines as per scope.
• Facilitate issue resolution by interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress of the project and manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop cost-effective proposals to win new orders and present capabilities to clients.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Create and maintain a project repository.
• Support implementation of systems to automate PM practices.

Follow the PM process and manage customers during execution and post-sales by working together with the Business Development team. Handle and support the PM team in projects and proposal submissions as per the scope and deliverables. Work with the site functional team to meet business targets and support the implementation of PM processes, dashboards, data analysis, etc.

• To prepare weekly reports for senior management and update the client through weekly/monthly reviews to ensure the client's as well as the company's needs are met.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Proposal Management, Business Development support, or a related function
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
