Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Pune, India is seeking a results-driven finance professional to own program controlling procedures, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with the budget across manufacturing programs.

You will perform variance and margin analysis, prepare R&D P&L and other reports, manage SAP master data, and support cost analysis and monthly reporting while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Controlling, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in variance analysis and margin analysis.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• CMA / equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of program controlling procedures and processes.
• Monitor program financial KPIs and ensure business plan figures are aligned with the budget.
• Identify and highlight financial discrepancies to Program and Controlling Managers.
• Support program acquisition activities and maintain relevant financial/acquisition documentation.
• Provide financial inputs and innovative financial solutions during program acquisition and development.
• Handle monthly business plan simulations, including Risks & Opportunities.
• Lead forecasting activities such as Business Plan, Budget and periodic forecasts.
• Manage reporting processes with accuracy, consistency and transparency.
• Prepare and report R&D P&L and other financial reports to Division/Business Group.
• Perform variance analysis, margin analysis and program financial analysis.
• Create and maintain SAP master data, including Internal Orders and WBS.
• Maintain proper backup/documentation of data used for business plan simulations.Support the Controller in cost analysis, monthly reporting and ad-hoc projects.
• Support transfer of business plan cost data to plants from Gate 3 onwards.
