Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive - Production to manage shift production activities, maintain logs, and ensure GMP and SOP compliance. The role includes coordinating with maintenance teams, ensuring raw materials readiness, and training operators in safety practices.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry with experience in API unit operations and familiarity with batch documentation and PPE usage. This is an on-site position in India.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Chemistry with API unit operations experience.
• Experience handling reactors, dryer, packing/dispatch for API batches.
• Maintain batch logs, online documentation, GMP compliance.
• Conduct SOP training for operators and ensure PPE and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shift production activities and maintain logbooks.
• Ensure raw materials are ready for batches and batch sheets are filled.
• Plan and execute shift activities during batch execution.
• Provide SOP training and ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers to complete maintenance on time.

Qualification

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc _Chemistry - Below 5 Years Experience with API unit operations , Handling of reactors ,dryer, Packing/Dispatch knowledge To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.

Maintain the logbook as per shift activities. Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly. Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution. To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis. To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP. Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time. Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production
