Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking a Senior Executive - Quality Control to lead analytical activities for in-process materials, raw materials, intermediates and finished products. You will ensure timely batch release, maintain online documentation, and manage material stocks in a GMP‑compliant environment.

The role requires MSc qualification with hands‑on expertise in chemical/instrumentation analysis, data integrity, and adherence to GLP/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical/instrumental analysis for in-process, raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Maintains documentation online and adheres to GLP/GMP standards.
• Ensures data integrity and reduces lab incidences.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products to meet monthly PPIC schedules.
• Maintain all documentation online.
• Maintain minimum stocks of chemicals, reagents, glassware and solvents for analysis.
• Reduce lab incidences, prevent repeat analyses and ensure Data Integrity.
• Monitor real‑time data in the lab.
• Investigate OOS, deviations and implement CAPA.
• Review SOPs, test procedures and specifications.
• Provide GLP/GMP training to section employees.
• Release batches in a timely manner to meet site requirements.

Finished and Intermediate wet section

• Responsible for performing the chemical and instrumentation analysis for In-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products to meet the dispatch timeline as per the monthly schedule received from PPIC.
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation online.
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis.
• Responsible for reducing lab incidences, repeat analysis and no Data Integrity issues.
• Responsible for real time data monitoring.
• Responsible for OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementations
• Responsible for review of SOP’s, test procedures and specifications.
• Responsible for providing the training on GLP/GMP to the employees working the section.
• Responsible for releasing the batches timely manner to achieve the site requirement.
