Job summary

EXL is seeking an accounts payable professional in Bengaluru to handle matching and validating AP invoices received from clients. Experience with Kofax or Salesforce is advantageous, along with solid MS Office and reporting skills.

The role includes month-end processing, regular client communication via email and phone, and participation in daily/weekly calls. Flexibility for shifts and overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices to ensure timely month-end closure
• Recognize and escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager
• Ensure SLA targets are achieved
• Communicate with the client regularly via email and telephone
• Participate in weekly/daily calls
• Be flexible with shifts and willing to work extra hours when required
