Role Description

The SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PR & CLIENT SERVICING role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day PR activities, including drafting press releases, briefing notes, and other communication materials, and coordinating with media to secure coverage and build strong relationships. The Senior Executive will handle client servicing responsibilities such as understanding client objectives, preparing proposals and plans, managing approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and reports. The position includes monitoring media, tracking campaign performance, providing insights, and supporting crisis communication needs. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align communication strategies with client expectations and maintain high service standards.
