Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Satara, Maharashtra, seeks a Senior Executive - Plant Engineering (Mechanical) to join the maintenance team, overseeing pumps, utilities and process equipment.

You will implement TPM, autonomous maintenance, CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues, coordinate vendors and spares, manage plant shutdowns and CAPEX budgeting, ensuring PM schedules and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of pump systems (centrifugal, progressive cavity, gear, twin screw, diaphragm pumps).
• Maintenance of utility equipment (boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, WTP).
• Maintenance of process equipment (mixers, reactors, agitators, hydraulic devices).
• Operations and maintenance of packaging machines; TPM and autonomous maintenance.
• Responsible for CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues.
• Vendor development, sourcing spares and consumables.
• Manpower and resource management for plant shutdowns and startups.
• Compliance to PM schedules and CAPEX budgeting, planning and execution.
• Procurement of CAPEX equipment.
