Assembly is a global brand performance agency seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn. You will own day-to-day operations, optimize campaigns for KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams on launches, tracking and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
  • Own day-to-day campaign operations including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, budget allocation, pacing and monitoring.
  • Conduct regular campaign optimization across audience, bidding, budget, placements, creatives and campaign structure to improve performance against KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify performance gaps, anomalies and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers and areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams on campaign launches, creative requirements, tracking and measurement.
  • Manage campaign tracking and measurement using GA4, AppsFlyer or equivalent MMPs.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, trackers and media plans with high levels of accuracy.
  • Support senior team members with data analysis, forecasting, performance projections and campaign recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within approved budgets, timelines and platform best practices.

Overview
