Responsibilities

• Continuous Quality Improvement based on PPMH and Customer complaints.
• FRA discussion and closure for quality assurance.
• Product upgradation.
• New product development based on trends, technology, market insight and customer feedback.
• Product re-engineering for cost improvement.
• Seasonal range development based on design inputs.
• Expansion of Global Sourcing.
• Sustainability initiatives with sustainable materials and processes.
• Direct CAD to bulk to reduce lead time.
• Use of AI to create designs from brand inputs.
• Weekly fabric inwards updates.
• PLM and SAP system updates.
