Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a technically proficient programmer to support AI and marketing technology governance. The role collaborates with Marketing, IT and external partners to ensure secure, scalable digital solutions adopted by business users.

You will coordinate end-to-end AI/tech projects, establish governance for security and privacy, evaluate tools, and develop AI agents and dashboards. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React.js, SQL and Git is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technology, Digital Transformation, AI Implementation or Product Support.
• Experience with software vendors, implementation partners or technology teams.
• Exposure to AI platforms, marketing technology or enterprise applications; understanding of coding concepts or software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects across marketing.
• Define project requirements, timelines and deliverables with stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely implementation.
• Establish governance frameworks for AI solutions ensuring security, privacy and compliance.
• Evaluate AI tools and platforms for enterprise readiness and risk.
• Develop AI agents / dashboards to improve process efficiency.
• Maintain documentation related to AI governance and standards.
• Prepare test plans and conduct testing (functional, integration, UAT).
• Identify defects, coordinate resolution and validate fixes before production deployment.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows and user manuals.
• Develop SOPs for AI and technology solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically proficientprogrammer to support the implementation, governance and continuous improvementof AI and marketing technology initiatives. The role will work closely withMarketing, IT and external technology partners to ensure all digital solutionsare secure, scalable, well-documented and successfully adopted by businessusers.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of experience inTechnology, Digital Transformation, AI Implementation or Product Support.
• Experience working with softwarevendors, implementation partners or technology teams.
• Exposure to AI platforms,marketing technology or enterprise applications is preferred. Understanding of coding concepts or softwarearchitecture
