Job summary

Diageo is hiring for Engineering & Maintenance Asset Care roles at our Kumbalgodu unit in India. You will own asset care for bottling lines, execute preventive and predictive maintenance, monitor equipment condition and drive OEE improvements to reduce downtime.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, knowledge of SAP PM, and experience in liquor/beverage manufacturing with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with bottling equipment in beverage/liquor manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, FMEA and OEE metrics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Own asset care for bottling lines and ensure equipment reliability.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely closures.
• Monitor predictive maintenance with vibration/thermography data.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime and MTTR.
• Perform RCA / 5-Why for chronic failures and implement fixes.
• Drive improvements in OEE, availability and quality losses.
• Manage bottling line equipment: filler, capper, labeller, conveyors.
• Support autonomous maintenance and spare part availability.
• Track PM compliance, breakdown hours and losses for reporting.
