Job summary

Diageo plc in Karnataka seeks a Senior Executive – Maintenance to own asset care for bottling lines and drive reliability across equipment. You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans, monitor condition, and troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime.

You will conduct RCA/5-Why analysis, contribute to OEE improvements, and support autonomous maintenance while managing key spares and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong TPM and SAP PM knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in bottling/beverage/FMCG/liquor manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with bottling lines and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, RCA, FMEA, OEE and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own asset care for bottling lines and maintain equipment reliability.
• Execute PM plans and ensure timely closure.
• Lead RCA/5-Why analysis and drive continuous improvement.

From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. **About the role:**Function -Engineering & Maintenance – Asset CareReporting - Manager – Engineering & Maintenance **Key Responsibilities -** **Asset Care** -Own asset care for bottling lines; ensure equipment basic conditions and reliability. **Preventive Maintenance Execute PM plan**; ensure PM compliance and timely closure. Predictive Maintenance Monitor vibration, thermography, lubrication and equipment condition. Breakdown **Maintenance Troubleshoot breakdown**; minimize MTTR and production downtime. RCA & Reliability Conduct RCA / 5-Why for chronic failures and implement permanent corrective actions.**OEE Improvement -**Drive improvement in Availability, Performance and Quality losses. Bottling Equipment Maintain filler, rinser, capper, labeller, conveyors, packer, palletizer and inspection systems. **Autonomous Maintenance** -Support AM activities, defect tagging, cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening. Spare Management Identify critical spares, monitor consumption and ensure availability. Continuous Improvement Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, **Reporting Track-** OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, breakdowns and maintenance losses. Key KPIs OEE / Equipment Availability / MTBF / MTTR / PM Compliance / Breakdown Hours / Repeat Failures **Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation. **Experience** -3–5 years in bottling / beverage / FMCG / liquor manufacturing maintenance. **Core Skills** Bottling equipment in liquor Industry, TPM, RCA, FMEA, OEE, predictive maintenance, SAP PM and troubleshooting. **Working with us Flexibility is key to our success.
