Job summary

Calpion Software Technologies Pvt Ltd seeks a contract operations professional to support end-to-end CLM activities including drafting, review, redlining and execution. You will assist with various agreement types such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, vendor and service agreements, and lease agreements.

The role requires strong regulatory research skills and risk assessment capabilities. You will work with in-house legal teams, focusing on risk identification and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting in-house legal teams or legal operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Support CLM activities across drafting, review, redlining, negotiation, and execution.
• Assist with contract repository management and NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, vendor and service agreements & Lease agreements.
• Support regulatory research, policy reviews and risk assessments.
• Good understanding of contract risk identification and legal issue spotting.
• Engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contractdrafting, review, redlining, negotiation support, execution and contractrepository management.
  
• Exposure to commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs,SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor and service agreements & LeaseAgreements.
  
• Experience supporting legal compliance activities,regulatory research, policy reviews and risk assessments.
  
• Good understanding of contract risk identification andlegal issue spotting.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word andPowerPoint.
  
• Exposure working with CLM tools and document managementsystems
