Job description

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can do more than execute HR tasks—you’ll help own the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.

As a Senior HR Executive on our People & Culture team, you’ll partner closely with our U.S.-based Manager, People & Culture and serve as a key HR resource for employees and leaders across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. You’ll manage core HR processes from start to finish, guide employees through important moments in their employment journey, and look for better, smarter ways to deliver HR support.

This is a highly employee-facing role for someone who combines strong HR fundamentals with attention to detail, independent judgment, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Work Schedule: This role follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET. The corresponding India Standard Time (IST) schedule adjusts with U.S. Daylight Saving Time:

  • March–November (EDT):6:30 p.m.–3:30 a.m. IST (Mon evening through Sat morning).
  • November–March (EST):7:30 p.m.–4:30 a.m. IST (Mon evening through Sat morning).

Schedule changes occur annually on the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, in accordance with U.S. Daylight Saving Time.

Annual Compensation:₹5,50,000–₹8,00,000 INR per annum. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and demonstrated capabilities as they relate to the requirements of the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and orientation through offboarding, ensuring employees have a consistent and positive experience.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for employees and leaders with HR questions, provide guidance and determine when matters should be escalated.
  • Own U.S. new hire orientation and help employees successfully navigate their integration into Frontline.
  • Support leave and accommodation processes by conducting initial intake, helping employees understand next steps, coordinating with our leave administration partner, maintaining documentation, and monitoring cases through completion.
  • Triage employee relations and performance management matters, gathering relevant information and partnering with People & Culture leadership on appropriate next steps.
  • Provide support to managers and employees related to HR policies, processes, documentation, and general employee questions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reporting while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
  • Analyze HR processes and suggest improvements to enhance and improve. .
  • Use HR technology, reporting, and automation to simplify processes, improve organization, and create enhanced experience for employees and the People & Culture team.
  • Partner across a global People & Culture organization, balancing independent ownership with leadership collaboration.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of U.S. HR operations.
  • Demonstrated experience owning employee lifecycle processes from start to finish—including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and leave administration—not simply completing individual administrative tasks.
  • Working knowledge of core HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, accommodations, employment documentation, and HR administration.
  • Experience serving as an employee-facing HR resource and confidently navigating questions that may not always have a straightforward answer.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to lead employee orientations and clearly explain HR processes to U.S.-based employees.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple employee matters, deadlines, documentation requirements, and follow-ups at the same time.
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential employee information and sensitive workplace matters, including the ability to recognize what you can resolve independently and when an issue requires escalation.
  • A process-improvement mindset—you notice when something isn’t working, ask why, and look for a better way to do it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an HRIS and other HR technology to organize work, improve processes, or create efficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, and geographically dispersed teams across a global organization during U.S.-aligned hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance practices; familiarity with Canadian and U.K. employment practices and statutory requirements.
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
  • Experience with leave of absence and workplace accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Experience working with a third-party leave administration platform or provider; AbsencePro experience is a plus.
