Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Senior Executive - GEEC to manage HR operations, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely processes, and a positive employee experience across locations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR/Business and preferably an MBA in HR, with 0–1 years of HR Operations experience.
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and managing employee lifecycle processes, offboarding operations, payroll input governance, compliance activities, and HR operational support. The role ensures accurate and timely delivery of HR services while providing a seamless employee experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end employee offboarding activities including resignations, retirements, terminations, and separations. Coordinate with employees, managers, HRBPs, Payroll, IT, Administration, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth exit processing. Track and ensure timely completion of clearance activities, asset recovery, access deactivation, exit documentation, and Full & Final Settlement requirements. Conduct and track exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate exit records and ensure compliance with established timelines and policies. Monitor offboarding SLAs and support process improvement initiatives.
Execute employee lifecycle transactions including transfers, promotions, organizational changes, employee data updates, and other employment-related activities. Coordinate with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and approvals for all employee lifecycle events. Support Time & Absence administration and ensure timely processing of attendance and leave-related transactions across locations. Partner with HR Technology/HRIS teams to ensure employee records are accurately maintained within HR systems. Perform quality checks on employee data and support data integrity initiatives. Respond to employee and manager queries related to lifecycle processes and HR transactions.
Coordinate collection and validation of payroll inputs received from Business HR and Site HR teams. Review attendance data, leave records, reimbursements, deductions, incentives, and other payroll-impacting transactions. Perform data validation checks to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Liaise with Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and support payroll reconciliation activities. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information. Support payroll-related reporting and documentation requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements related to employee lifecycle and payroll processes. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records. Support internal and external audits by providing required reports, records, and supporting documents. Track audit observations and assist in implementing corrective actions. Participate in periodic process reviews and compliance checks.
Act as a key point of contact for HR Operations-related queries and support requests. Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, HR Technology, Finance, IT, Administration, and other stakeholders. Prepare operational dashboards, MIS reports, and governance presentations. Track key operational metrics, timelines, SLAs, and process performance indicators. Support monthly governance reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digitization. Participate in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives. Develop and update SOPs, process documentation, and user guides. Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Support testing and implementation of HR system enhancements and new processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Experience 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Shared Services, Payroll Operations, or HR Administration.
