Job summary

Lyka Labs in Mumbai seeks an experienced formulation scientist to lead development projects from concept through commercialization. You will work across cross-functional teams to transfer technology from R&D to manufacturing and drive process improvements using literature-driven insights.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years in pharma formulation R&D, strong regulatory knowledge (cGMP), and proven ability to analyze complex data while guiding scale-up for diverse dosage forms including

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation R&D.
• Strong understanding of injectables formulation development processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
• Excellent literature search skills with ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
• Experience with scale-up techniques for solids, liquids, semisolids, or injectables.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct literature surveys and reviews to identify new technologies and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scale-up strategies, ensuring successful technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and presentations.
