Hector And Streak Consulting in Navi Mumbai seeks a Research Scientist or Sr. Research Scientist in a pharma formulation company to lead multiple projects and manage a team of formulation scientists and technicians.

The role focuses on solid oral dosage form development, adherence to GMP and documentation practices, literature review, data compilation, technology transfer, and regulatory license support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing a team of formulation scientists.
• Experience with solid oral dosage form development and regulatory/compliance.
• Experience in USFDA approved facilities.
• Ability to plan milestones and manage resources/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of formulation scientists and technicians to develop pharmaceutical products (solid oral dosage forms) with adherence to timelines while ensuring good lab and documentation practices.
• Carry out literature search, preparation of product presentations, optimization, scale-up, validation and compilation of experimental data for decision making.
• Support in writing and reviewing documents to achieve product development in compliance with quality systems.
• Support technology transfer investigations and CAPA pertaining to product development or manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with company objectives.

Role & responsibilities

Research Scientist or Sr. Research Scientist in a pharma formulation company based at Navi Mumbai.

(Notice Period- Immediate /15 days to 1 Month can apply only)

• This roles involve handling multiple projects, lead and manage a team of formulation scientists and technicians to develop pharmaceutical products (solid oral dosage forms) with adherence to timelines while ensuring good lab and documentation practices.
• Carry out /Support Scientific literature search, preparation of product presentations, optimization, scale-up, validation and compilation of experimental data, which will facilitate decision making to achieve Product development.
• Carryout & Support in writing and review of documents to achieve product development in compliance to quality systems.
• Carry out Technology Transfer Investigation/Corrective Action and Preventive Action pertaining to product development or manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with the company's objectives. Technical Activities,
• Weekly/monthly planning and get it approved by HOD. troubleshooting/ root cause identification/
• Support in preparing milestone wise timelines for the allocated products. Ensure availability of all the necessary resources needed, milestones & the budget for a project.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of each milestone and minimize the slippages.
• Support and coordinate application of various regulatory licenses required for R&D, clinical, import activities. Ensure timely availability of such licenses.
• Support in Developing, maintaining, and upgrading lab facility and support facility team to maintain and run lab effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be a qualified of M Pharm, B Pharm or MSc and have experienced in pharmaceutical formulation company.
• Candidate should have experienced of minimum 5 to 12 years working in Formulation Development of USFDA approved facility.
