Job summary

Aizant in Hyderabad (Dulapally) seeks a Formulation Development Scientist (Injectables) to advance sterile injectable formulations and ensure regulatory readiness through robust development work. You will lead trial batches, scale-up, and technology transfer to pilot and commercial manufacturing, while collaborating with Analytical, QA, QC, Production and Engineering teams to deliver compliant products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Formulation Development Scientist(Injectables) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in formulation development and you will play a crucial role in developing new and improved formulations, ensuring product quality, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Location: Hyderabad(Dulapally)

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute formulation development activities for sterile injectable products (liquid, lyophilized, suspensions).
• Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and selection of formulation strategy.
• Perform trial batches, scale-up, and technology transfer to pilot / commercial manufacturing.
• Handle aseptic processing, vial/ampoule/PFS filling, and lyophilization cycles.
• Prepare and review development reports, protocols, batch records, and SOPs.
• Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and yield improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Analytical, QA, QC, Production, and Engineering teams during development.
• Assist in exhibit batch execution and stability studies.
• Support regulatory documentation for ANDA/DMF submissions (Module 3 FD inputs).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
• Participate in audit support (internal, regulatory, customer audits).
