Job summary

Avery Dennison in India seeks a Regional Lead for Procurement to drive KPIs across Asia Pacific, forecast laminate prices with the procurement team, and lead cost-saving initiatives. The role requires a CA/CMA or equivalent with 2–5 years of regional experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

You will manage supplier rebates, budgeting, PPV analysis, and monthly closings while supporting pricing decisions and process improvements. This is an on-site role in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Professional degree ( CA/CMA ) or above with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, prefer having regional experience
• Skill in understanding and communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work well with all levels of organization
• Proficient in using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation
• Flexibility in balance of working and life
