Support the shared strategic vision of the Operations division by executing targeted development plans.
Prepare detailed management reports regarding process metrics, continuous improvement progress, and operational performance.
Engage shop-floor personnel and cross-functional teams to implement process changes and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Rotate across different departments or locations as directed by Assignment Managers to gain broad functional exposure.
Attend assigned training programs and apply newly acquired knowledge directly to daily operations and projects.
Foster a collaborative environment aligned with the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Printing, Mechanical. Textile, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
3–5 years of industrial experience in manufacturing.
Proven track record in process engineering & CI projects.
RFID or label production manufacturing experience (preferred)|
Strong scientific, engineering, and analytical capabilities
Expertise in process documentation and workflow optimization
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong record of integrity, honesty, and trust-building.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced matrix/multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
