Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Regional Procurement Lead to drive KPIs for Asia Pacific from its India base in Gurugram. You will lead planning, forecasting and cost analytics across regions, partnering with procurement and finance to maximize savings and value.

The role requires a professional degree (CA/CMA) with 2–5 years of relevant regional experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. You will influence pricing decisions and support monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree (CA/CMA) or above with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex ideas, orally and in writing.
• Proficient with spreadsheet formulas, linking data, data extraction and graphing.

Responsibilities

• Regional Lead for driving Procurement KPIs across Asia Pacific Region.
• Planning and Forecasting of Imported Laminate Prices Inflation/Deflation with Procurement team.
• Benchmarking and Cost comparison analytics for various cost factors & payable terms across regions.
• Drive Cost Saving projects from Procurement.
• Manage Supplier Rebates with Procurement and SCM to maximize results and meet targets.
• Leading annual Budgeting & forecasting of Procurement related KPIs from finance.
• Prepare Standard Cost Update and Deep dive in PPV & Revaluation analysis.
• Provide cost information to businesses with assumptions for pricing decisions.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly closing activities & reporting on time.
• Look for opportunities to improve process effectiveness and improvements.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Professional degree ( CA/CMA ) or above with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, prefer having regional experience

• Skill in understanding and communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work well with all levels of organization

• Proficient in using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.

• Eager to learn, self- motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation

• Flexibility in balance of working and life
