Job summary

You will be skilled in die spotting, die assembly and disassembly, try-outs for new models, and die proving activities, with strong root-cause analysis, ISO documentation, daily reporting, and Kaizen participation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of stamping dies to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage manpower allocation, maintenance planning, and execution of die repair activities to meet production requirements.
• Maintain die history records, daily maintenance reports, inspection sheets, and spare parts inventory for effective maintenance control.
• Support new model die commissioning, try-outs, modifications, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct dies failure analysis and troubleshooting, drive safety, Kaizen, and team skill development to reduce downtime.

• Proficient in ISO documentation, daily reporting, Kaizen, 5S implementation, spare parts management, and manpower skill development.
• Focused on improving die performance, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
