Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a debt management professional to achieve branch targets and manage collections within prescribed cost limits. You will visit customers and agencies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossession.

The role requires maintaining records, generating reports, handling escalations, and leading collection initiatives to improve rates and manage risks across portfolios.
