Job summary

Bandhan Life Insurance Limited is seeking a data analytics professional to work at the intersection of data, business and technology, enabling data-driven decision-making across the life insurance value chain.

You will extract, transform and analyse data, develop dashboards and reports, and generate actionable insights to improve business performance, collaborating with business stakeholders and the Analytics & AI team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI Development or Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Persistency, Claims and Customer Service.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and performance trackers using BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines and data transformation processes for timely and reliable data availability for reporting and analytics.
