  • Establish and monitor credit limits for customers based on their financial stability.
  • Conduct regular credit reviews and update risk assessments.
  • Debt Collection: Monitor overdue balances and follow up on payments.
  • Negotiate payment terms and repayment plans with customers.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain records of customer accounts, credit limits, and payment histories.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of receivables to the finance team.
  • Communication: Liaise with KAM and customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment expectations.
  • Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding credit management.

Job Summary:

The Credit Controller will be responsible for overseeing the company's credit and collections process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Risk Management:
