Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company. We are seeking a role focused on business planning, strategic planning, and performance analysis at our Gurgaon location.

You will manage annual business plans, incentive schemes, and comprehensive MIS to drive growth across BUs, Sales, and supporting functions. Key duties include quarterly and annual incentive calculations, dealer audits, and cross-functional reporting for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning and strategic planning.
• Experience with MIS / reporting to track trends.
• Familiarity with incentive calculations and annual incentive schemes.
• Exposure to SFDC (Salesforce) and ZYLEM platforms is a plus.
• Ability to prepare analyses for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and HR.
• Dealer audits and annual/quarterly incentive processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales teams and track progress.
• Develop and track strategic/incentive plans as required.
• Support BUD with PPTs, databases and trend analysis.
• Generate organizational MIS and regular trend reports.
• Create business analysis reports for BUs and track progress.
• Produce functional tracking reports for Finance, SCM, Regulatory Affairs and HR.
• Calculate quarterly/annual incentives and provide forecasts.
• Formulate annual incentive schemes and manage payouts.
• Oversee dealer audits, training and performance tracking.
• Set and monitor annual, pool and account-level targets; monitor target vs actuals.

Responsibilities

Business Planning & Strategic Planning

• Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly

• Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements

• Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends

• Assist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis

• Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources

Implementation and execution of SFDC

Implementation and execution of ZYLEM

Incentive Calculation

• Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary data

• Quarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions.

Annual incentive scheme formulation

Quarterly and Annual incentive payouts

Annual Provision- Each Qtr working
