Job summary

Shahi is seeking a finance professional to execute term loan documentation, disbursements and renewals, and to monitor banking needs across the group.

The role requires CA/MBA (Finance) with 1-4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and good communication. You will manage working capital cycles, RBI/FEMA compliance, and develop lender relations to support growth.

Responsibilities

• 1. Execute term loan documentation, disbursements and renewals of fund-based & non-fund based limits.
• 2. Manage and develop relationships with Banks/ Financial Institutions
• 3. Effective monitoring of banking needs across the Group.
• 4. Compliance of financial and non-financial covenants
• 5. Manage operational cycle of working capital utilisation and closure by EOD.
• 6. Accounting & reconciliation of financial entries - interest, TL/ WC.
• 7. Preparation of periodic MIS dashboards
• 8. Compliance of RBI/ FEMA regulations.
