Job summary

Stanza Living is seeking a Finance/Treasury professional to manage day-to-day banking operations in Gurugram, handling NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and vendor payments.

The role requires 2-4 years in Finance, Accounts, Banking, or Treasury, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

You will verify payments, prepare BRS, monitor cash, and support audits, reporting to the Finance Department.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Banking, or Treasury.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations (BRS) and payment processing.
• Familiarity with banking portals and payments processing.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking and finance operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other payments.
• Process vendor, employee, and business payments through banking portals.
• Verify payment details, approvals, bank details, and supporting documents.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and maintain payment trackers and bank records.
• Monitor bank balances and ensure timely availability of funds for payments.
• Coordinate with banks for payment failures, account queries, statements, and documentation.
• Maintain banking records, KYC, authorized signatory, and account-related documents.
• Support audits, financial controls, and other Finance/Treasury activities
