Job summary

SKA Alliance is seeking a finance professional to build and maintain Excel-based masters for payments, loans, EMIs and banking charges. Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel masters for company-wise/project-wise payments, loans, EMIs, CC/OD facilities and bank charges.
• Prepare management dashboards covering cash balances, payment commitments, borrowing utilisation and funding gaps.
• Maintain a rolling cash-flow forecast and present clear recommendations to management.
• Verify interest calculations, EMI allocations and bank charges against sanction terms; follow up discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for term loans, equipment finance, CC/OD renewals and limit enhancements.
• Prepare financial projections and banking documentation, including CMA data where required, in coordination with accounts and finance advisors.
• Compare lender proposals and negotiate interest rates, processing fees and other borrowing terms.
• Track BGs, EMDs, FDRs, securities, renewal dates and banking compliance requirements.
• Identify unusual expenses, payment exceptions and opportunities to reduce financing costs.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com or B.Com with strong relevant experience.
• Preferably 58 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on corporate banking, borrowing or treasury exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, lookup formulas, dashboards and financial modelling.
• Practical knowledge of loan schedules, interest calculations, working capital and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to independently build reports from raw bank and accounting data.
• Strong follow-up, communication, negotiation and management-reporting skills.
• Experience in infrastructure, mining, construction, manufacturing or multi-company groups preferred.
